Disclaimer Regarding “Thumdar” Name and Archived Materials

The materials hosted on this page are part of a historical archive maintained by Jay Yarbrough, and include original digital content created and published between the 2004 and 2020 in association with the virtual world There.com.

The name “Thumdar” was originated and used by Jay Yarbrough as early as the 1990s, including the creation of the Thumdar avatar within There.com, the launch and operation of the original Thumdar.com website (established in 2005), and the long-term use of the email address thumdar(at)gmail.com. The original site served tens of thousands of users and offered curated downloads, tools, and creative content — some of which were developed by Jay, and others submitted by independent creators who gave explicit permission for distribution through the original Thumdar.com platform.

These files are now preserved and hosted at JayYarbrough.com strictly for archival and historical purposes. All original materials and curated content remain the intellectual property of their respective creators and are presented here in good faith, in keeping with the permissions granted at the time of their original submission to the archive.
